  • You are registering only for the Camp Attendance (includes food and camp materials). You need to separately reserve and pay for your accommodation directly with the hotel.
  • If you need overnight accommodations, please book directly with the hotel as soon as possible. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Clarion Hotel is a part of our camp venue and offers double occupancy and king bed options. Hilton Suites is located 1/4 mile from the camp venue and their double and king rooms can accommodate four or more people. There will be free shuttle service to and from Hilton Suites and our camp venue.

    • To book your hotel at the MSC 2023 camp venue Location - Clarion Inn Elmhurst - Oak Brook. Please call Ms. Raminta at 630-279-0700 (About 15 rooms left as of July 11, 2023)
    • Please call directly Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites to book your hotem room. Room availability is not guaranteed.

  • Children in Pre-K must be 4 by July 1, 2023 (Born on or before July 1, 2019).
  • There is no charge for children under 4. Parents have to keep their children under 4 with them during the entire camp attendance.
  • Registration fee includes camp attendance, camp materials, snacks, breakfast, lunch, & dinner for the duration of the camp.
  • Cancellation Policy on Registration fee.
    • Cancellations from Monday, May 1, 2023 through Friday, June 30, 2023 will receive refund after deducting 25% of Registration fee. No cancellation fee applies for child registrations.
    • There will be no refunds of Registration fee on or after Saturday, July 1, 2023. All payment including child registration will be forfeited.

$150 for each Bala Vihar Child (Born before 07/01/2019 from the same family. At least one parent or grand parent must register for the child to attend the camp.)

  • Registration fee waived for all Yajaman Sponsors. Number of Registrants restriction might apply.
  • Participation in Opening Procession/inaugural event (Gold, Silver & Bronze Sponsors)
  • Mahasamadhi Aradhana Puja (Gold and Silver Yajaman Sponsors only) on August 3rd etc.

Annadanam may be offered to honor a departed loved one, to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or any special occasion.
Sponsorship amounts range from $1,001.00 to $10,001.00.

Bhiksha with Swami Swaroopananda - Limited slots available

Offering bhiksha is an act of reverence, worship and an expression of gratitude. During the bhiksha, the families will have time to revel in the blessed presence of Pujya Swami Swaroopanandaji in a relaxed atmosphere.
