Standard Rates

  1. All Charges are in USD
  2. All rates are per person.
  3. Two Queen bed rooms are limited and subject to availability. If we run out of 2 Queen bed rooms, 1 King bed room will be allocated for all reservations. Double Occupancy without children or CHYK addition will get only 1 King bed room.
  4. If you need to book more than 1 room, you need to register for each room separately.
  5. Your CHYK aged children need to register separately unless you want them to accommodate in your room.
  6. Members of CHYK group are between the ages 18 and 30.
  7. All registrations are for full camp only. No partial registration available.
  8. Children born on or after July 1, 2010 are free (younger than 3 years). In selecting add children option, please do not add them as child.
  9. Adults using sharing option are advised that every effort will be made to accommodate with other people willing to share. If we can't find a match, then automatically higher occupancy rate will apply. You will be notified of the same by May 30, 2013.

Note

  1. Parents of children aged 3 years and below – Please let us know if you will need babysitting arrangements. These will be available to those who reserve it at an additional cost.
  2. Children below the age of 3 are not allowed in the main hall during Guruji's talks. We may be able to organize a closed circuit TV outside the main hall so one can watch the event from outside.
  3. For more then 4 in a room, please call first. Also you need to rent a rollaway bed ($10/bed/day) directly from the hotel.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. All requests for cancellations and refund must be sent via email or by calling one of the contacts listed below.
  2. Cancellations before March 31, 2013 will receive refund after deducting the $125/person cancellation fee. No cancellation fee applies for child registrations.
  3. Cancellations from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 will receive refund after deducting 50% of total fee paid for Adults, Bala Vihar children, & CHYK registrations.
  4. There will be no refunds after July 1, 2013.
  5. We will process your request for cancellations as soon as possible.
